INDICATIONS

1. Treatment of benign essential blepharospasm in adults aged 18 years and older.
2. Temporary improvement of moderate to severe glabellar lines associated with the activity of the corrugator muscle and/or procerus muscle in adults aged 18 to 65 years.
3. Treatment of upper limb spasticity associated with stroke in adults aged 20 years and older.
4. Treatment of dynamic equinus foot deformity due to spasticity in pediatric patients aged 2 years and older with cerebral palsy.
5. Temporary improvement of moderate to severe lateral canthal lines (crow's feet) associated with the activity of the orbicularis oculi muscle in adults aged 19 to 65 years.
